Sheikh Mustafa Ismail was born on 17/06/1905 ,in Mit Ghazal, Egypt, in 1911 Mustafa Ismail starts learning the Quran in the kuttab of Sheikh Abdel Rahman Abul Einein ,in 1915 The 10-year-old becomes a celebrity reciter in his village, in 1947 He becomes Al-Azhars reciter, a prestigious post. in 1977 Ismail travels to Jerusalem with President Anwar Sadat. He recites the Quran inside the Al-Aqsa mosque. 1978 On Dec. 22, he recites the Quran for the last time in Damietta. Dies on Dec. 26.
