| I took these pictures on a 6-night backpacking trip in the Grand Canyon in May 2006.
We started at the Hermit Trailhead (6640ft), hiked along the Hermit, Tonto, and Bright Angel Trails, and ended up at the Bright Angel Trailhead (6860ft). We also did three dayhikes down to the Colorado River (2400ft), and an evening hike out to Plateau Point for sunset.
